Project Overview: CMS Website Design & Development for Consulting Firm

Objective:
To design and develop a professional, responsive, and content-managed website for a consulting company, with the goal of enhancing brand credibility, showcasing services and expertise, and enabling easy content updates through a user-friendly CMS.

Project Scope:1. Discovery & Requirements Gathering
Conducted stakeholder workshops to define the company’s value proposition, user personas, and business objectives.Identified required site features, including service overviews, team bios, case studies, blog functionality, and lead generation forms.

2. UX/UI Design
Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes focused on clear navigation, information hierarchy, and accessibility.Developed a modern visual identity aligned with the company’s brand guidelines, incorporating clean layouts, professional typography, and a trust-building color palette.

3. CMS Platform Implementation
Built the website using a scalable CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace—depending on client preference).Configured custom content types for services, case studies, testimonials, and blog posts.Integrated a modular page builder (e.g., Gutenberg for WordPress or Webflow CMS collections) to allow for easy updates and content expansion without developer support.
